Remedial Massage assists healing in parts of the body that have been injured or immobilized due to trauma, injury, stress, illness, age, poor posture or lack of exercise. Suitable for ailments arising from exercise, the work environment or everyday life activities.

Stress, toxins, disease and illness create blockages in the body inhibiting the natural flow of energy. Reflexology stimulates the congested reflexes assisting in clearing blockages and allowing the full flow of energy.
